Flowy Black and White

Every once in a while I will hit some of my favorite vintage stores in the city.
Looking for vintage is always fun and I bring home some good stuff. In one of
my last trips I found a gorgeous Ralph Lauren shirt. As a Stylist, my challenge
is how to make such a piece modern and relevant to the current season. With
black and white so popular it was not a challenge after all.  Originally I
wanted to pair with wide pants, but that was just such an obvious combination.
I was looking to create a very different feminine look in full contrast with the
masculine elements of the shirt. I was so exited to find this white flowy skirt
, its the perfect match. High sandals, tassel earrings and silver clutch
complete the look. Modern and chic there I come. Just love it !!!

The Jumpsuit Reborn

Every year a big trend makes a splash in the fashion world. We buy it, love it, wear it till the next one arrives. And the cycle begins again. But we always have this one piece in our wardrobe with a big question mark over it- is its still in or is out ?!?!.  For me  today this one item is the jumpsuit (I know you all have one too) So popular in past seasons, but what about now. So today I am putting not one but three new looks for the last year jumpsuit. From a past season trend I am turning it to a big fashion statement.
