I remember my first pleated skirt as a child and let me tell you it was not a fashion choice but a boring uniform. Fortunately this time ls long gone and the style had a great comeback in the past few seasons acheivieng a status of a must have wardrobe staple.
So, when I see a pleated skirt in red I say YES, and when I see it for $10.00 in H&M I say OH YES!!!
I like to experiment with different tops and wear it in many combinations. In this particular look I was going for a strong color impact and pair with this floral bomber jacket for only $15.00 on sale from Target and my Botkier bag from a sample sale for only $20.00. To contrast the color overload I had to toned down with a white and black, my shoes are Karen Millen and only $10.00 from $225.00 and for my super cool HEAR ME ROAR t-shirt I paid full price ( this does not happened often ) but I can’t complaint because was only $9.99. And last but not least I have to point at my earrings from Nordstrom Rack for only $14.00.
The total of this entire look comes just under $75.00 when only the bag and shoes retail for $523.00
